We also have a wide variety of surgical procedures for a longer lasting result ranging from laser resurfacing to facelifts and everything in between.

At Dreams MedSpa, we have licensed estheticians that can evaluate your skin and develop a scheduled of treatments and appropriate home care products that address your changing skincare concerns.

We offer many different anti-aging programs utilizing peels, microdermabrasion as well as our very own Dream Peel. These types of services can address age spots, hyperpigmentation and even breakouts.

Facial Services

We also offer more relaxing services like facials. Our customized facials will address your specific needs. With one of our many skin care lines, you can continue to care for your skin at home as well as utilize our premier cosmetics. We offer the Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics line. Referred to as “The Skin Care Makeup”, it is the healthiest most technically advanced makeup on the market. Contains no chemical preservatives, fragrances or fillers; just pure minerals. Recommended by surgeons, physicians and skin care professionals. We offer the full line of products as well as color matching to your skin tone.

Our board certified plastic surgeons can provide many types of facial services to meet your needs as well.

If you are looking to eliminate or lessen the look of spider veins, Dreams MedSpa has the gold standard! The Pulsed Dye laser removes vascular lesions including facial and leg spider veins, rosacea, port wine stains and cherry angiomas.

Permanent Cosmetics are also available. These procedures are performed by our licensed permanent color technician. Intradermal Pigmentation is a revolutionary method of applying micro insertions of natural pigments into the dermal layer of the skin. This state-of-the-art technique is medically proven and specifically designed to be completely safe. It is used for a variety of permanent cosmetic enhancements. It is available for eyebrows, eyeliner and lips.

We have an excellent selection of laser treatments to address many of our clients’ needs. Our skin renewal treatment for skin tightening is accomplished using our Candela GentleYAG SRT laser. This laser creates a beam of high-intensity light that penetrates deeply into skin tissue, where it delivers a controlled amount of targeted therapeutic heat. This deep heat causes a thermal stimulus within the dermis, and has been proven to provide collagen contraction and improvement in skin tightening and lifting. Free consultation is required prior to treatment.

We also use lasers to safely remove a wide range of pigmented spots anywhere on the skin, including freckles, sun-spots, age-spots and many brown-colored birthmarks. The laser targets the pigment in the spot, so the tissues surrounding the dark spot remain largely unaffected.

The Candela Pulsed Dye Laser delivers an intense but gentle burst of light to selectively targeted areas providing uniform and consistent vessel heating resulting in optimal clearing.

The premier laser for removing hair is the Candela GentleLASE. The GentleLASE System, a revolutionary long-pulse high energy alexandrite laser, emits a gentle beam of controlled light that passes through the skin to the hair follicle where it is absorbed. The laser energy is transformed into therapeutic heat, which destroys the hair follicle leaving the surrounding skin unaffected. The skin is further protected during treatment by a patented Dynamic Cooling Device (DCD) where cryogen is sprayed onto the skin, cooling the upper layers and providing patients with increased comfort. The GentleLASE selectively helps to protect the skin, while effectively treating the unwanted hair on the face, arms, upper body or lower body.

The physicians also perform facial laser resurfacing with an ActiveFX treatment, a high-energy beam of laser light interacts with the skin’s surface causing the upper layer to peel off and regenerate a layer of new, healthy skin. The laser beam is applied in a fractionated pattern, leaving small “bridges” of untouched skin. This fractional technique makes the healing process much faster and enables you to get back to normal activities quickly, usually within 5 to 7 days. The treatment can actually eliminate evidence of sun damage such as discoloration, fine lines, and wrinkles. You will notice improvement in your skin’s tone, texture, and tightness, providing significant cosmetic improvement.
